Mary Ellen "Mickey" Haniman

Mary Ellen “Mickey” Haniman passed away December 18, 2010 in the Moosehaven Life Care Center at the age of 77. She was born to Joseph and Goldie (Collinsworth) Abel on June 13, 1933 in Evansville, IN. Mary married Mr. David Middleton on September 13, 1951. They had one daughter, Rebecca. She married Mr. Thomas Mead on June 6, 1961 and they had two children, Sherri and Barry. Mr. Mead passed away on February 16, 2000. She married Mr. Joseph Haniman on December 31, 1992. He preceded her in death on October 1, 1998. Mary worked as a Secretary for Florida Wire and Cable for years and retired in 1995. She was a member of the Advent Lutheran Church of Orange Park, FL. Mary became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose in 1998 when her husband, Joseph Haniman joined Lakeshore #2020 Moose Lodge. Mary moved from home in Orange Park, FL to Moosehaven on October 19, 2010 where she lived for 2 months. Memorial Services will be held Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Advent Lutheran Church of Orange Park and will be conducted by Rev. Robert Hale.
