Joseph "Jerry" Parrish

Joseph “Jerry” Parrish, 76, of Fleming Island, passed away December 26, 2010. Jerry was born June 15, 1934 in Portsmouth, Virginia to parents Joseph and Sarah Parrish. He was retired from the United States Navy, was active in the Fleet Reserve and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees (NARFE). He was a member of New Grace Anglican Church. A service to celebrate Jerry’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 30, 2010 at New Grace Anglican Church, 5804 U.S. 17, Fleming Island, with The Rev. Dr. John Shuler officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to either New Grace Anglican Church Building Fund or Community Hospice of N.E. Florida.
