Eunice Lottie Clark, 62, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at her Green Cove Springs residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born to parents Joseph A. and Eunice Phillips on April 21, 1944 in Lee, FL. Mrs. Clark worked in administration at Clay High School for thirty five years and attended Living Waters Worship Center. She enjoyed the beach, gardening, and travel, but above all she dearly loved her husband and family, and her grandchildren were her greatest joys. Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Eunice Phillips; and two brothers, Leonard and Lawrence Phillips. She is survived by her beloved husband of forty four years, Gene Clark; one daughter, Rhonda Clark Christopher (Bob) of Fresno, CA; three sisters, Betty Jewel Thomas (Elvoye) of Lee, FL; Myrtice Tompkins (Larry) of Lee, FL, and Mildred Lester (Windell) of Decatur, TX; her sister-in-law, Hazel Phillips of Lee, FL; and three grandchildren, Leah, Bobby, and Phillip Christopher. Visitation will be held locally on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 in the chapel of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Visitation will be held in Madison, FL on Thursday, March 29, 2007 in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 30, 2007 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Joe Barrie and Reverend Retas Flowers. Interment will follow in Corinth Cemetery, Lee, FL. The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation for the loving care and compassion Mrs. Clark received from Dr. Brandon Johnson, Dr. George Kim, and the staff at Mayo Clinic.
