Norman Carl Anderson, 75, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2007 in Green Cove Springs, FL. Born to parents Norman and Florence Anderson on July 27, 1931 in Malden, MA, he had been a resident of the Clay County area since 1987, coming from Denver, CO. He honorably served his country until retirement as a Chief Stationary Engineer for The United States Coast Guard. He loved being retired and enjoyed traveling to Denver to visit with family. Mr. Anderson was of the protestant faith and a member of The Loyal Order of Moose. His beloved wife of forty eight years, Mary Anderson, preceded him in death in 2001. He is survived by four children, Norman Anderson, Jr. (Cindy) of Seattle, WA, Mike Anderson (Nancy) of Westminster, CO, James Anderson, and Susan Hogan (Larry) of Frederick, CO; one sister, Jean Conner (Jack) of Wilmington, MA; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
