Juanita Padgett Sladek

Juanita Padgett Sladek, 47, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2007. She was born on March 15, 1960 in Green Cove Springs to parents, Charles and Fern Padgett. She was of the Baptist faith and formerly attended Shiloh Baptist Church. Mrs. Sladek had been a manager for Pizza Hut on Normandy Blvd. in Jacksonville as well as Green Cove Springs. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Eric Lee Sladek; brother, Charlie Padgett of Green Cove Springs, FL; sister, Edith Padgett of Middleburg, FL; nieces and nephews, Amy, David, Juanita Ann, Robert Lee, Kara Grace and Jake and Jason Padgett.
