Barbara L. West

Barbara L. West, 70, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2007. She was born to parents Francis and Mildred Larson on August 10, 1936 in Lake City, FL and was of the Presbyterian Faith. She enjoyed reading and crocheting, but her greatest joy was her family. She was a loving mother and wife and will be dearly missed. Mrs. West was preceded in death by her parents and by two brothers, Johnny and Bobby Larson. She is survived by her beloved husband of fifty two years, Albert E. West; two daughters, Joyce Taylor (Chris) of Green Cove Springs and Susan Mitchell (Shaun) of Pine Island, FL; one brother, Paul Larson of North Carolina; one sister, Betty Cunningham (Bob) of Orange Park, FL; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends in the chapel of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home on Thursday, April 12, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Graveside services will be held at Jacksonville Memory Gardens on Friday, April 13, 2007 at 11:00 am officiated by Reverend Tim Hall.
