Elinor "Ellie" Greenwood

Elinor “Ellie” Greenwood passed away on February 14, 2011 in Orange Park, FL at the age of 93. She was born to Chester and Helen Ellis on February 11, 1918 in Waterloo, Iowa. Ellie married Francis “Red” Greenwood on April 4, 1951 in Salina, Kansas. Ellie became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose when her husband Red joined Lake Shore Lodge #2020 on June 18, 1974. Ellie joined Opportunity Chapter on January 14, 2001. Ellie and Red came to Moosehaven on October 25, 2000 where she resided for 10 years. Red preceded her in death on September 3, 2004. She is survived by her niece Marjorie Nelson of Port St. Lucie, Florida and her nephew Patrick Montgomery of Minnetonka, Minnesota. Inurnment will be in Jacksonville National Cemetery at a later date
