James “Jim” “Vic” Roy, Jr., 49, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. He was born on March 26, 1961 in Jacksonville, Florida to parents James Victor and Mary Christine Roy, Sr. Vic worked in construction for many years as a form carpenter. He was a life long resident of the Jacksonville area and was of the Baptist faith. Vic was loved and known by musicians all over the Jacksonville area and was the manager and sound man for The Southern Boys Band. Vic was a very loving and caring man who will be dearly missed by all but in our hearts and thoughts forever. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Kimberly Roy; daughter, Teresa Williamson; brothers, Christopher Lee Warren, Tommy Roy and Freddie Ward; sister, Teresa Pridgeon (Rocky); grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Summer, Travis, Austin and Hayden.
