Vera J. Standen

Vera J. Standen, 84, of Streetsboro, OH passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2011 while visiting Florida. She was born in Amherst, OH on June 23, 1926 to Brady and Mary Mollenkop Barnhart. Mrs. Standen was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia (Jack) Lima of Fleming Island, FL and Susan Hagan of Ravenna, OH; sons, Khim (Sherri) Standen of Stow, OH and Corby (Zolive) Standen of Streetsboro, OH; grandchildren, John Lima, Ann-Marie Lima, James Lima, Russell Hagan, Brett Standen, Justin Standen and Russell Standen; four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation for Mrs. Standen will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Shorts Funeral Home in Streetsboro, OH.
