Mildred Strickland Brookins

On Saturday, April 9, 2011, Mildred Strickland Brookins moved on to eternity. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy L. Brookins, a long time pastor in South Florida; children and spouses, Bari Brookins and John Buchanan, Bart and Kathy Brookins, and Brian and Beth Brookins, and 12 beloved grandchildren, in addition to her sister and brother-in-law Garrett and Laura Sue Hays. A memorial service celebrating her life will take place on Saturday, April 30th at 6:00 pm at Riverside Christian Fellowship, 957 SW 71st Avenue, North Lauderdale FL.
