Robert Lee Church

Robert Lee Church, lovingly known as “Bones” by family and friends passed away Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the age of 48 at his home in Green Cove Springs, FL. Robert was born Dec. 5, 1962 to Hibbert Eugene and Shirley Ann (Fields) Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Hibbert “Gene” Church and his brother, Phillip Church. Robert is survived by his wife Pamela and her two children and one step granddaughter; his mother, Shirley Church of Green Cove Springs, FL and two sisters, Sandra (Charles) Blankenship of Green Cove Springs, FL and Susan (Larry) Brock of McRae, GA; three daughters, Staci (Nathan) Preston of Starke, FL, Vanessa Prouty of Callahan, FL and Bobbi Jo Church of Starke, FL; son, Robert Church of Starke, FL; two granddaughters, Kaylee Ann Pippin and McKenzie Marie Fellows and another granddaughter on the way as well as numerous loved ones and friends. Robert was employed by National Gypsum where he made concrete boards for several years. His hobbies were motorcycles and old cars, he lovingly referred to his motorcycle as his “Honda-Davidson”. He never met a stranger and helped anyone that he could. His granddaughters were his “little princesses”. Robert was a graduate of Grundy Sr. High School in 1981.
