Raymonde Rachel Reneson

Raymonde Rachel Reneson, 86, passed away June 21, 2011 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on October 25, 1924 in Normandy, France to Rene and Rachel Bouessy Dufresne. She had moved to Green Cove Springs in 2002 from Webster and Dudley Massachusetts. She was Catholic and was a communicant of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fleming Island. Mrs. Reneson loved her family, dancing, playing Bingo, watching game shows and soap operas. She loved giving to others and was a member of the Catholic Council of Women. Survivors include her daughter, Elisabeth R. “Betty” Alix (Rick, aka “Mr. Adorable”); brothers, Roland and Pierre Dufresne; grandchildren, Christyann and Jay; great-grandchildren, Clarissa, Brittany, Sophie, Tyler and Ryan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Donal Sullivan as Celebrant. Inurnment of cremains will follow in the Sacred Heart columbarium. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Way Clinic, 479 Houston St., Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.
