Jerry Parker Fisher

Jerry Parker Fisher, 83, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2007. She was born on June 30, 1923 in Graceville, FL to parents, Joseph and Effie Parker. Mrs. Fisher was a homemaker and a long time member of the First United Methodist Church of Green Cove Springs. She enjoyed helping others and was a friend and caregiver to many in the community. She will be deeply missed by her cherished family and friends. Mrs. Fisher was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Carlisle Fisher. Survivors include her brother, Jim Parker (Rita) of Santo, TX; nieces, June Parker Beamer, Susan Pohl and Phyllis Lloyd; as well as several other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Reverend Tim Hall officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257.
