Amy Jo Elmore, 34, of Middleburg, FL passed away peacefully Thursday, July 21, 2011. Amy Jo was born on August 15, 1976 to parents Joseph and Ada Elmore in Tampa, FL... She was a very loving mother, daughter and friend. Amy Jo will be deeply missed by all of her loving family and friends. She is survived by her mother, Ada Cannon and stepfather Terrell Cannon known to her as “Dad”; children, Grant and Savannah Elmore; fiancé, Corey Forman; in-laws, Shirley and General Forman. A Celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the South Middleburg Baptist Church with Reverend Delton Kilpatrick officiating.
