Arlene Hancock Weeks

Arlene Hancock Weeks, 40, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2007. Born to parents Robert “Freddie” and Patsy Arlene (Blankenship) Hancock on August 19, 1966 in Green Cove Springs, she had been a lifelong resident of the area and was of the Baptist faith. Upon graduation from Nursing School, Arlene worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was always happy and will be remembered for her beautiful smile. Arlene was preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Arlene Hancock. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Weeks; two beautiful children: Taylor and Savanna Weeks; twin brothers, Freddie and Bobby Hancock; and nephew, Jackson Hancock all of Green Cove Springs. The family will receive friends in the chapel of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home on Friday, June 29, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home on Saturday, June 30, 2007 at 11:00 am officiated by Reverend Ron Baker. Interment will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
