Marie C. Lott

Marie C. Lott, 97, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2011. She was born on July 6, 1914 in Freeport, FL to parents, Lambert and Malinda Crawford. She was a homemaker and had lived in the local area since the 1940’s, moving here from Lakeland, FL. She was a member of Riverside Park United Methodist Church and was involved in the Riverside Park Apartments Council. Mrs. Lott loved the beach and her family, who will dearly miss her. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Boyce L. Burgess and Collis Lott and her son, Boyce Duane Burgess. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Donna Jan Burgess. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Bostwick Cemetery, Bostwick, FL with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.
