Marce H. Burkett

Marce H. Burkett, 49, of Middleburg, FL, passed away Friday, July 6, 2007. She was born on June 16, 1958 in Jacksonville, FL to parents, Alvin and Judy Horne. Mrs. Burkett was a homemaker and was of the Southern Baptist faith. She loved her dogs and spending time at the beach. Mrs. Burkett was a loving wife and mother and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her loving husband of 26 years, Gary E. Burkett; son, Jayson Rhian Nolan Burkett; daughter, Jaymie Rae Horne Burkett; mother, Judy Horne; siblings, Jessie Nail, Robin Burch, Terry Campbell, Thomas “Bo” Horne and Dennis Horne; as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 11, 2007 in the chapel of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home with Reverend Walter Campbell officiating.
