Peggy Alice Rivers

Peggy Alice Rivers, 66, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away October 27, 2011. She was born on March 21, 1945 in Tenso, VA to Clarence and Sybil Farmer. She had been a resident of Green Cove Springs for 56 years and was a member of Little Ruth Old Regular Baptist Church. Mrs. Rivers was predeceased by her father. Survivors include her husband of over 40 years, Robert Rivers; mother, Sybil Mullins; sons, John Rivers (Adele), Matthew Rivers (Jacqueline); sister, Myrna Hutchings (Billy); grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, Jeffery Rivers, Ryan Rivers, Chloe Rivers; several nieces, nephews and greats. The family received friends at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Sunday October 30, 2011 at Little Ruth Old Regular Baptist Church.
