Jackie Lynch

Jackie Lynch, 69, of Orange Park, FL passed away Sunday, August 12, 2007. She was born on February 5, 1938 to parents John David and Verna Lee Bennett in Monticello, FL. She moved to the Orange Park community in 1981 from Tampa, FL and was a member of Fleming Island Baptist Church. Mrs. Lynch was a homemaker and an avid seamstress and quilter. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, William Joe Bennett. She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Paul E. Lynch; three sons: James Stephen Lynch (Karen) of Plant City, FL, Paul Edward Lynch, Jr. and Jeffrey David Lynch (Shannon) of Orange Park, FL; two daughters: Sharon Juanita Judkins (Doyle) of Hatfield, AR and Verna Dee Knox (Paul) of St. Petersburg, FL; five brothers: Jerry Dixon Bennett, Julian Elbert Bennett and Tony Van Bennett, all of Omega, GA, David Laverne Bennett of Belpre, OH and John Thomas Bennett of Tifton, GA; three sisters: Laquetta Joy Imel of Moultrie, GA, Leola Jane Nutt of Springfield, TN, and Phyliss Ann Dartlone of Transylvania, LA; sixteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends in the chapel of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Fleming Island Baptist Church on Thursday, August 16, 2007 at 11:00 am officiated by Reverend Timothy A. Folds, Sr. Interment will follow on Friday, August 17, 2007 at 12:30 pm in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
