Shannon Michael Nolan

Shannon Michael Nolan, 48, of Orange Park, FL passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012. He was born on May 12, 1963 in San Diego, CA to parents Vernon and Gloria (Jones) Nolan. Mr. Nolan moved to the local area in 1973 from Rhode Island. Shannon was of the Christian faith. He was known to be an artist, who loved to draw and take care of his plants. In his spare time he would build beautiful cabinets to display his collections. Shannon will always be remembered as having a good sense of humor and a great heart. He is survived by both of his parents; brother, Sean Nolan (Libby), sisters, Deia “Dee” Lynn Strauss and Sherry Kirksey (Steve). A memorial luncheon will be held in Shannon's honor at the Masonic Lodge, 2180 Palmetto St. Middleburg, FL 32068 on Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 10:00am -2:00 pm.
