Martin D. Oglesby

Martin D. Oglesby, 67, of Orange Park, FL, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012. He was born on January 3, 1945 in Greenville, SC to parents Martin and Dorothy Oglesby. Mr. Oglesby had worked as an automotive machinist and enjoyed guns and auto racing. He was a very generous and helpful man who will be remembered for seeing the best in others. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his daughter, Keebra E. Pappalardo and husband Bobby; sister, Michele M. Mecir and husband Bob; grandchildren, Erin, Emily and Elaina; niece, Marissa Turner and husband Chris and nephew, Nick Mecir. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, February 11, 2012 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Rodney Kelley officiating.
