Catherine S Roberts

Catherine S. Roberts, 81, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 after a long battle with lung cancer. She was born on April 27, 1926 in St. Augustine, FL. She was a Certified Nurses Assistant at Penney Farms Retirement Center for nearly twenty years. She loved working with her flowers and cooking. She was of the Baptist faith and will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Roberts; sisters: Lois Green and Sonya Harwood; brothers: Charles Starling and G.L. Starling. She is survived by her children: Loretta Tucker (Rob) and Joey Roberts (Rhonda); daughter-in-law and caregiver, Bonnie Reagan (George); sister, Patsy Crocket; brother, Robert Starling (Sally); eight grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held graveside at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Middleburg on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 10:00 am with Reverend Bobby Register officiating.
