Donald Louis Smith

Donald Louis Smith, 53, of Jacksonville, FL passed away February 28, 2012 at his home. He was born in Middletown, CT on August 18, 1958 to Frederick and Daina Smith. He had resided in Jacksonville since 2008 and was a member of Lakeshore United Methodist Church. He was predeceased by his father, a brother, Joseph Rowley and a sister, Sharon Sitzes. He is survived by his wife, Dawnell Smith; mother, Daina Faust (Donald); son, Chaim Crist; daughter, Alyssa Crist; sisters, Kathryn Rost (Clifford) and Virginia Stephan (Scott). A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Lakeshore United Methodist Church with Reverend Greg Freeze officiating. Please sign the family’s online guestbook.
