Mary L. Horner

Mary L. Horner, 76, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012. She was born on December 5, 1935 in Omaha, NE to Edward and Theresa Weibel. She was a homemaker and was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Horner enjoyed cooking and will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Lloyd Milton Horner; son, Lloyd Lewis Horner and brothers, Joe, Jerry and Gene Weibel. Survivors include her children, Kenneth Horner, Patricia Pitzen, Betty (Richie) Padgett, Gene (Ava) Horner and Ann LaForty; brother, Robert Weibel of Jacksonville, FL; sisters, Patricia Kirtlink of Bowling Green, MO and Rae Ann Chitwood of Monroe City, MO; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday, March 8, 2012 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 9, 2012 at Riverside Memorial Park with Fr. Donal Sullivan officiating.
