Cecil McGee

Cecil McGee, 94, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away at his home on Friday, September 7, 2007. He was born on January 24, 1913 in Oxford, FL to parents, Pleasant and Cordie McGee. Mr. McGee had been a welder and had lived in this area for 54 years, moving here from Georgetown, SC. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Green Cove Springs and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Juanita McGee; sons, Michael McGee (Jenny) of Green Cove Springs and Malon McGee of Georgetown, SC and two grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, September 10, 2007 at First United Methodist Church of Green Cove Springs with Reverend Troy Grant officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257.
