Georgia L. Kent

Georgia L. Kent, 85, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Friday, September 7, 2007. She was born on July 13, 1922 in Upson County, GA to parents, Tully and Leah Lively. She had worked as a smash hand in the textile mill and was formerly a member of East Thomaston Baptist Church. She moved to our local area 14 years ago from Thomaston, GA. She is survived by her daughter, Anne Holland (Terrell) and a son, Richard David Kent (Donna); 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at Southview Cemetery, Thomaston, GA with Reverend Billy Turner officiating.
