William "Bill" Shepherd

William “Bill” Shepherd, 79, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2012. He was born on June 10, 1932 in Penney Farms, FL to parents, Harry and Josephine Shepherd. Bill was retired from the City of Green Cove Springs where he had worked as a supervisor of mechanics. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and enjoyed spending time with his loving family who will miss him dearly. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Vivian; children, Pam, Shellie, Ann (Greg), Brenda (Steve), Eliberto and Steve (Kim); grandchildren, Josh (Aneita), Dustin (Kaci), Tyler (Jacquelyn), Brandon, Gabrielle (Chris), Travis, Amber and Joel; great-grandchild, Jaron and many other family members and friends. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am Monday, April 2, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 7190 Hwy. 17, Fleming Island with Fr. James R. Boddie, Jr. as Celebrant.
