Baby Girl Ezabella McKenzie Jensen was born and went to be an angel in heaven on Monday, September 17, 2007. She is survived by her parents Michael Ray Jensen and Jessica Dale Syphers; paternal grandparents: Mark and Patricia Jensen; maternal grandparents: Larry and Lisa Revels and Dana and Jan Syphers; her brother, Christian Jensen; and sister, Sarah Jensen; and many extended family members. Graveside funeral services will be held at Jacksonville Memory Gardens on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 10:00 am with Pastor Grady Albritton officiating.
