Milton Louis Hnyla, 83, of Deltona, FL passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. He was born on January 1, 1929 in Baltimore, MD to parents Louis and Louise (Hittree) Hnyla. He has lived in Deltona for the past 25 years. Mr. Hnyla served his country honorably in the United States Navy Reserves for 22 years and was a WWII veteran. Milton was retired after 35 years of service from Martin Marietta. He loved to travel and enjoyed airplanes. Milton loved his “Sweetie” which was his ‘67 red Mustang. He was a member of the Volusia County Mustang Club and the Deltona Moose Lodge. Milton was a devoted family man who will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving wife, Rosemarie Hnyla; children, Milton L. Hnyla, Jr. (Karen), William R. Hnyla (Yukiko) and Gerald Hnyla (Sharon); sister, Mae Yent; grandchildren, Michael, Eric, Amy, Marshall, Eric, Klaus, Karen and Stephanie and 9 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 27, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Mr. Hnyla will be buried in Baltimore, MD following services there.
