Thomas H. Edwards, 65, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2007. He was born on May 31, 1942 in Kingston, PA to parents, Ralph and Regina Edwards. Tom had served his country in the United States Army and worked most of his life as a commercial printer. Following his retirement he worked at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home and was a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Orange Park, FL. He enjoyed golfing and being with his loving family and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Lisa Ray. Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Marianne Edwards; sons, Thomas Edwards (Shawna), Steven Edwards (Cindy) and Marc Edwards (Ami); brothers, Ralph and Butler Edwards; sister, Mary Jean Kolack and 9 grandchildren. A Prayer Service will begin at 6:00 pm on Sunday, October 7, 2007 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home with Father James R. Boddie, Jr. officiating. Visitation until 8:00 pm will follow the prayer service in the chapel. Final services and interment will take place in Kingston, PA. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions payable to: Family Assistance for R. Edwards, M. Ray & S. Ray. Deposits can be made at any Bank of America or mailed to Edwards, 1648 Spandril Lane, Fort Mill, SC 29708.
