Elizabeth Jo Sherrouse

Elizabeth Jo Sherrouse, 63, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Thursday, October 11, 2007. She was born in Cincinnati, OH on July 11, 1944 to parents John and Barbara Ritter. Elizabeth moved to Jacksonville forty seven years ago and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed crafting and was a loving wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Katherine Provow. She is survived by her husband of forty five years, Alonzo Sherrouse; one daughter, Gerri Matthews (James) of Jacksonville; one brother, John Ritter of Jacksonville; two sisters: Ann Davis of Brunswick, GA and Bonnie Wood (Gene) of Columbia, SC; one grandson, Shawn Deas; several nieces and a nephew. Memorial services will be held at The Sherrouse residence on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 6:00 pm. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home, 501 Spring St, Green Cove Springs, FL (904) 284-4000.
