David Emory Wells, nicknamed “Puzzled Man”, 74, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at home. He was born on February 15, 1938 in Derby, CT to parents William and Anna (Kardos) Wells. Mr. Wells moved from Shelton, CT to the local area in 1971. He was a dedicated and faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses since 1997. David always had an open door for those in need. David enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and working on puzzles. Mr. Wells is survived by his first & last wife of 18 ½ years Sandra Wells, two daughters Theresa Matthews, Cathy Allen & husband Clint, a sister Janet Lantowsky & husband Steve, nephew, Kevin Lantowsky, grandchildren, Daniel Sears JR., Alicia-Lynn Boulay, Karrisa Bird, Wesley & Garrett Allen, great-grandchildren, Sean & Daniel III Sears, Benjamin & one on the way Boulay. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3698 Thunder Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 with Michael W. Campbell officiating.
