Marian E. Moody

Marian E. Moody, 63, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2007. She was born to parents Lewis and Annie Roberson on August 23, 1944 in Fredericksburg, VA and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Moody worked in the banking industry for over forty years. She began her career with the Bank of Green Cove Springs and retired after thirty three years of dedicated service. She then began working with First National Bank at Eagle Harbor which later became Ameris Bank. Marian was a wonderful lady that always helped people in the community. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her daughter, Michelle Sauter. She is survived by her beloved husband of thirty three years, Lowell L. Moody; two sons, Coulter Romig, Jr. (Lori) and Lowell Moody, Jr., all of Green Cove Springs; a brother, Lewis T. Roberson (Shirley) of Tampa; a sister, Carole “Kit” Seay-Crabtree (J.D.) of Woodford, VA; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held at Hickory Grove Cemetery on Friday, October 19, 2007 at 11:00 am with Reverend Joe Barrie officiating. Pallbearers will be Jack Revels, Jr., Adam Revels, Josh Revels, Joel Moody, Hubert Hughes, and Bobby Sweat. Please sign the family’s online register book at www.broadusraines.com.
