Danny Kitchens

Danny Kitchens, 54, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Saturday, October 13, 2007. He was born on December 21, 1952 to parents Ira and Shirley Kitchens in Avenal, CA. Danny honorably served his nation in The United States Army National Guard and later worked as an automobile mechanic. He loved playing pool and was a member of the American Pool Association. He also enjoyed building Chevy racing engines, four-wheeling, camping, and helping friends and family. Danny will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by his beloved wife of 16 years, Denise Kitchens; his daughter, Danielle Kitchens; his father, Ira Kitchens (Jean) all of Green Cove Springs; and two sisters, Lenoira Keyes of Mulberry, FL and Diann Ward of Moapa, NV. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 19, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 11:00 am in the Broadus-Raines Chapel officiated by Reverend Bobby Baker. Interment will follow in Penney Farms Cemetery.
