Lorraine Mapps Nail

Lorraine Mapps Nail, 78, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. She was born on September 13, 1933 in Trenton, NJ to parents George Mapps, Sr. and Erna Von Enslin Mapps. Mrs. Nail had lived in the Green Cove Springs area for the past 50 years and was a member of Decoy Baptist Church. She loved to play Bingo and was an avid reader. She was predeceased by her parents, her loving husband Azell Nail and brother George Mapps, Jr. Mrs. Nail is survived by her sons, Azell Nail (Virginia), Ricky Nail (Laura), David Nail (Robin) and Allen Nail (Linda); brother, Larry Mapps, Sr. (Karen); 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 18, 2012 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
