Oscar Lawrence Riley, Jr.

Oscar Lawrence Riley, Jr., 94, formerly of 8600 block of Sturgis Street, Norfolk, VA, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012. A native of Shelby County, AL, he was the son of the late Oscar Lawrence & Lily Payne Riley, Sr. He is survived by his two sons, James Riley and his wife Kathy of Green Cove Springs, FL and Butch Riley and his wife Millie of Mt. Airy, NC; daughter-in-law, Barbara Riley of Mt. Airy, NC; one granddaughter; three grandsons and five great grandchildren. Mr. Riley was predeceased by his loving wife, Evelyn Jones Riley and his daughter, Nita Riley of Norfolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel with Clinton Golff and Stephen Jayne officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
