Hugh Lee Jones, Sr.

Hugh Lee Jones, Sr., 63, of Middleburg, FL, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2007. He was born on June 30, 1944 in Lake Wales, FL to parents, Riley Edgar and Thelma Jones. He was a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy, serving his country in the Vietnam and Gulf War. Following his retirement from the Navy, he worked for the F.A.A., from where he recently retired. He was of the Southern Baptist faith and loved to hunt and fish. Mr. Jones will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Marilynn A. Jones; children, Hugh Lee Jones, Jr. of Green Cove Springs, FL, Angelia Lea Royston (Terry) of Middleburg, FL and Michael Ray Jones (Peggy) of Greeneville, TN; brother, Riley G.
