Nora Baxley

Nora Baxley, 63, of Green Cove Springs, FL, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 1, 2007. She was born on September 7, 1944 in Buchanan County, VA to parents, Ernest and Lona Estep. She had worked at the local dairy as a machinist and was of the Baptist faith. She loved to help others in need, especially Senior Citizens. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Nora was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Alifair Ratliff and Greeley Estep; her maternal grandparents, Joe and Dora Ratliff; her parents, Ernest and Lona Estep and her twin sister, Dora Estep Hall. Survivors include her brothers, Ben J. Estep of Silver Springs, FL, James W. Estep and Keith Estep, both of Grundy, VA; her sister, Pamela Esther Ball of Grundy, VA and several favorite nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 4, 2007 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Reverend Thomas Sparks officiating. Visitation will be from 10:30 am Sunday until service time. Interment will follow in Little Ruth Cemetery.
