Donald Ray Esco

Donald Ray Esco, 69, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2012. He was born on August 17, 1943 in Florence, AL to parents, Leonard and Sara Ruth Dennis Esco. Mr. Esco served his country honorably in the United States Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He was also retired from U.S. Foods. He was of the Methodist faith and a member of Fleming Island United Methodist Church. Mr. Esco enjoyed cooking and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his loving family. Survivors include his loving wife of 20 years, Glenda; children, Donald Gregory Esco (wife Angie), Leslie Esco Tervin (husband David), Blakely Nobles Esco (wife Lisa), Benjamin Lee Revis (wife Jane), Jeffrey Leon Revis (wife Mary), Holly Gale Burns (husband Andrew); brother, Earl Esco; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Donald will also be missed by his 2 aunts, 1 uncle and several family and friends in Montgomery, AL and his family and friends in Okaloosa County where he lived for over 35 years. The family will receive friends from 5:30pm until 6:30 pm Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services will follow in the Broadus-Raines Chapel at 6:30 pm with Rev. Ryan Hall officiating. Inurnment with military honors will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Jacksonville National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Fleming Island United Methodist Church 7170 US Highway 17, Fleming Island, FL 32003.
