Charles E. Shreve, 64, passed away October 23, 2012. He was born in Jacksonville on January 12, 1948 to parents Elmer and Margaret (Byrd) Shreve. Survivors include his wife, Christine Shreve; sons, Charlie and Timothy Shreve; step-sons, Joe, Raymond and Kenneth Frisbee; several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Clay Hill Church of God with Reverend Jeff Crawley officiating.
