Betty R. (Wyatt) Taylor Hobby

Betty R. (Wyatt) Taylor Hobby, 76, passed away October 31, 2012. Betty was born in Lexington, KY and was a Florida resident for many years. Survivors are 3 sons, Wayne Taylor (Angela), David Taylor and Gerald Hobby (Robyn); son-in-law, James Edwards; sister, Frances Sturgeon (Ray); brother-in-law, Roger T. Hobby (Betty); 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Betty was retired from Greyhound Lines Inc. where she was a secretary for 40 years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Gerald N. Hobby; her daughter Valerie Jo Edwards; sister, Mary Roberson; parents, Fred Wyatt and Josephine Wyatt Royalty and a wonderful, caring step-father, Alvin Royalty. At the request of the family, a private memorial service will be held.
