Herman C. Fuller

Herman C. Fuller, 85, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Monday, February 4, 2008. He was born on November 4, 1922 in Sarasota, FL to parents, Carl and Lennie Mae Fuller. Mr. Fuller was a World War II Veteran, serving his country in the United States Coast Guard and then the National Guard. He was the supervisor of Metro-Dade Busing in Dade County, FL and served on the Dade County Board of Commissioners. Mr. Fuller was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church in Penney Farms, FL and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Wyona Inez Fuller; two children, Brenda Irene Campbell (Jack) and Alton “Butch” Fuller (Charlotte); 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Black Creek Baptist Church with Reverend Bobby Register officiating. Interment will follow in the Black Creek Cemetery.
