Jason "Jackabee" Bradley Berry

Jason “Jackabee” Bradley Berry, 20, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away April 28, 2013. He was born on September 30, 1992 in Orange Park, FL. He was a member of the “Life Club” and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal father, Jackie Gene Berry; his grandfather, Jackie B. Berry and his great-grandfathers, James A. Rutherford and James W. Hayhurst. Survivors include his mother, Carin Creel; father, David Creel; fiancée, Amanda Marie Vantuyl; siblings, Justin Tyler Berry, Dayva Casydi Creel, Thomas Jarrett Creel, Lauryn Alizabeth Creel and James Brett Creel; grandparents, Helen and Mark Burton; James and Judy Rutherford and Cynthia and Steven McCann; great-grandmothers, Burnice Hayhurst and Naomi Rutherford and uncles, James Brian Rutherford, Lorin Jeffrey Rutherford, Ross Rutherford and Joseph Alan Rutherford. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 pm Friday, May 3, 2013 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Following the visitation the family will continue fellowship with friends at Spring Park in Green Cove Springs.
