Marc Raymond Ouellet

Marc Raymond Ouellet, 55, of Orange Park, FL passed away Friday, March 28, 2008. Mr. Ouellet was born the oldest of four children to parents John Raymond and Monica Gloria Ouellet on December 15, 1952 in St. Alban’s VT and was of the Roman Catholic faith. He moved to the Orange Park area ten years ago from Pax River, MD. Mr. Ouellet proudly and honorably served his nation in The United States Navy during the Vietnam and Gulf Wars. He began his military career as an enlisted serviceman and worked his way up to Commanding Officer before retirement. He enjoyed racquetball and chess and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Mr. Ouellet was preceded in death by his mother, Monica Ouellet and his brother, Kurt Ouellet. Survivors include his wife of thirty years, Jan Ouellet; his father, John Ouellet; three children: Sara Ouellet, Stacy Barker (Chris), and Scott Raymond Ouellet; two sisters, Paula Jean Sali (Billy) and Kym Stewart (Craig); and two nephews, Alan and Adam. Memorial services with full military honors were held at Florida National Cemetery on Wednesday, April 3, 2008 at 10:30 am.
