David James Evans

David James Evans, 52, resident of Green Cove Springs, FL for the past 35 years passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2013. He was born on August 30, 1960 in Schenectady, NY to parents Charles T. Evans, Jr. and Florence Miller Evans. David was a Professional Truck Driver who enjoyed cross country trucking with his wife. He was an avid Harley rider who enjoyed rebuilding old cars and cooking out doors with his family and friends. David was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Mandarin Lodge #42. He was a loving husband and dad and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his wife of almost 15 years, Tammy L. Evans; mother, Florence Evans; daughter, Andrea Evans; son, Tyler Evans; step-son, Leo Kaczmar; brothers; Donald A. (Dee) Martin, Sr. and Neal Evans; sisters, Dolly A. Martin and Chris Piper; grandchildren, Alexis and Rebecca Kaczmar and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 8, 2013 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Reverend Bobby Baker officiating.
