Butch Fields

Butch Fields, 57, of Middleburg, FL, passed away Monday, April 7, 2008. He was born on November 16, 1950 in Sanford, FL to parents, James and Betty Fields. He was a retired Chief in the United States Navy and a Gulf War Veteran. Following his retirement he worked as a driver for Office Max for 5 years. He loved fishing and going to the dog track and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother, Larry Fields. Survivors include his loving wife of 29 years, Debra Fields; daughters, Dana Ottomeyer (James) of Orange Park, FL and Casey Fields of Middleburg, FL; siblings, Richard Fields (Barbara) of Ocala, FL, Kathy Fields Doss (Tom) of Lakeland, FL and Alan Fields (Shairl) of Ft. Meade, FL and a granddaughter, Ashlyn Ottomeyer. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, April 11, 2008 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Reverend Ralph Estevez officiating.
