Robert Grady Rivers, 67, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013. He was born on December 3, 1945 in Green Cove Springs, FL to parents, Arthur Frederick and Marguerite Smith Rivers. He was retired from the city of Jacksonville as a Waste Water Operator. Robert was predeceased by his parents; his wife of 40 years Peggy Alice Rivers in 2011; his twin brother, Arthur Rivers and sister, Pattie Rivers. He is survived by his sons, John Rivers and his wife Adele and Matthew Rivers and his wife Jackie; 4 grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, Jeffery, Ryan and Chloe Rivers.
