Ella R. Silcox

Ella R. Silcox, 49, of Orange Park, FL, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2008. She was born on July 28, 1958 in Jacksonville, FL to parents, George and Eloise Roberson. Mrs. Silcox was a nurse’s aide and loved to play bingo, the lotto and scratch-off tickets. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Bernie Silcox; son, Daniel Ray Thornton (Tina Cochran); brothers, James E. Roberson (Sara), George J. Roberson and Ronald Roberson; sisters, Jessie Harvey (Richard), Annette Myers (Willie) and Virginia Holland (James) and grandchildren, Aden and Breanna. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Saturday, April 12, 2008 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, April 13, 2008 at Long Branch Cemetery with Tom Waugh officiating.
