Virginia Lippe

Virginia Lippe, 80, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Thursday, April 24, 2008. She was born to parents David and Ellen Doss on September 9, 1927 in Drakes Branch, GA and was of the Christian faith. Virginia moved to the Green Cove Springs area seven years ago from McClellanville, SC. She worked as a health care supervisor and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her beloved family. Mrs. Lippe is survived by her beloved husband of twenty nine years, John M. Lippe; four children: David Brooks, Rebecca Knowles, Michael Brooks (Elizabeth), and Jeff Brooks (Robin); one sister, Elizabeth Doss; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Memorial services will be held in the Broadus-Raines Chapel on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 3:00 pm officiated by Pastor Ernestine Lockett.
