Nancy L. Plumlee, 72, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Thursday, April 24, 2008. Mrs. Plumlee was born on February 28, 1936 in Rising Fawn, GA and moved to the Green Cove Springs community in 1966. Nancy devoted her life to her children and family and she was a great cook. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of thirty years, James B. Plumlee and by one son, Joe Bennie Plumlee. Survivors include three children: Paula D. Pace (Walter), Nancy R. Plumlee, and David L. Plumlee (Teresa); four step-children: Evelyn Shermer, Helen Hoge (Charles), Billy Plumlee, and Carmen Tinker; two beloved daughters-in-law: Bonnie Plumlee and Lori Plumlee; three brothers: Eddie, Freddie, and Jerry Ellis; twenty two grandchildren: Joseph Plumlee, Kelcy Plumlee, Buddy Plumlee, Robert Pace (Krystal), Amanda Wooley (Bill), Justin Plumlee, Matthew Pace (Jennifer), Carrie Smith (Rusty), Beth Frill (Tim), Jason Copley, Melinda Davis (Davis), Michael Plumlee (Gina), Jimmy Plumlee (Martha), Eric Tinker, Heather Tinker, Marsha Bradshaw (David), Christopher Hoge, Michelle Hoge, Michael Allen, Tony Allen, Steven Allen, and Scott Allen; and ten great-grandchildren: Caitlynn Smith, Gracie Moore, Amber Frill, Esther Pace, Lindsey Ellis, Corey Ellis, Will Ellis, Samantha Plumlee, Jessie Plumlee, and Jeffrey Plumlee. The family will receive friends in the Broadus-Raines Chapel on Sunday, April 27, 2008 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm and funeral services will commence at 2:00 pm officiated by Reverend Earl Ashe.
